Commercial Kitchen.

Our licensed and state-certified commercial kitchen is available for entrepreneurs to produce value-added food products that can be sold online and through retail and wholesale markets. Grow Benzie is a non-profit organization committed to small business initiatives that help our community, helping entrepreneurs get started or to expand their existing food businesses without the costly initial investment in equipment and facilities. This 1,500 sqft kitchen includes 24-hour access and storage for ingredients and products.  The kitchen is also certified by the Benzie County Health Department as an approved commissary for caterers and food trucks.

    Two tiers of pricing are available for Kitchen use.

    For drop-in flex-time users, the Kitchen rate is $15/Hour.

    For monthly, long-term users, the following agreements are available:

    • 1 Day/Week: $200/Month, Shared Bay Storage, 1 Full Day/Week of Access, Kitchen Key

    • 2 Days/Week: $400/Month, Full Bay Storage, 2 Full Days/Week of Access, Kitchen Key

    • 3 Days/Week: $600/Month, Full Bay Storage, 3 Full Days/Week of Access, Kitchen Key

  • The Kitchen is currently supporting four entrepreneurs. As such, availability in the Spring, Summer, and Fall months is limited. Please reach out to jessica@growbenzie.org to learn more.
